GETTING THERE / ACCESS
Fully accessible. We provide care and support to enable individual young people to participate. Bus routes to Portslade village
Our services can be accessed through referrals, self-referrals and our online application form
WHEN & WHERE
Addresses and locations can be found on our website.
When visiting our Portslade Village Centre we have a door bell for attention.
All other visits would be pre-arranged and you would be given information on the venue, who you will be meeting and any other relevant information needed.
